Rebecca J. Jeffrey (the artist) will provide all labor and materials, excluding postage, shipping, packaging, matting and/or framing of this artwork. Any photo(s) received by artist from buyer will be returned to buyer upon completion of the artwork.

Payment 1, a deposit of 50% of the total price, will hold your place in line in the artist’s work schedule and cause artist to commence work on the artwork. When the artwork is 50% complete, artist will take a digital photo of it and send it to the buyer via email and/or, the artist will display the photo on the “Works In Progress” page on her website. After viewing the photo, buyer will notify artist whether or not she/he wishes the artist to continue work on the artwork. If they buyer notifies the artist that she/he does not wish artist to continue, artist will cease work at that time and retain the artwork as well as any payment made by buyer.

Payment 2, the final 50%, is due at the completion of the artwork.

The artist reserves any and all rights of copyright concerning the artwork identified above. The sale of the original or copy of the artwork, in any form, does not include the sale of rights of reproduction of the artwork in any form, unless specifically granted in writing by the artist.

Among the artist’s rights is the sole right to reproduce the artwork in any form for any lawful purpose, that may include, but is not limited to, sale, license, use for gallery exhibition, art shows, internet website display, and promotional work, including print and electronic reproduction. The undersigned buyer has read and understands the terms and conditions described above.
